Paper got stuck and I opened up the back as suggested and removed

Resolved Question:

Paper got stuck and I opened up the back as suggested and removed the paper.
My attempt to reprint is unsuccessful, the paper does not feed through.

Hi there Donald and welcomeCan you also open up the printer where you put the ink cartridges in. Do you see any paper there at all? If so, pull it out (even small pieces can cause the issue).And then let me know if you can then print please.

There is no evidence of stuck paper

ok, can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket). Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly. Let me know the results please

I have hoovered as suggested.I note looking into back that the left side of the black plastic bar (?) is slightly loose and not in the same position as the other two . They are folded further in.This may notbe relevant-but I down loaded Windows 10 last week.I don't see any Cannon icon on the screen.
