I have an HP Photosmart C5200. Switched on today and it made

Resolved Question:

I have an HP Photosmart C5200. Switched on today and it made a terrible noise and the screen is saying 'clear carriage jam'. Can't find anything in the booklet about carriage jams. Have lifted lid, looked at the back where you clear paper jams. Cannot find anything wrong. Can you help me please. Thanks

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket). Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly. Let me know the results please
