Please can you help me to change the ink cartridges in my 2540 All in One printer. It is the 1st time I am doing this.

Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. You would press down the ink cartridge to release it, then you can pull out the cartridge. I am not completely satisfied as the black colour is not as bright as I would have expected.I also decided to change the colour cartridge at the same time but the red is not too bright either

Then press at the same time the two keys Ctrl and J on the keyboard, then the Downloads window should open.3. Then there, open / run the item called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client and install it.Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Or you can try this:1. Open the HP Solution Center program on the Desktop screen (or click on Start -> All programs -> HP (or Hewlett-Packard), then click on HP Solution Center.2. Click on Settings at the bottom.3. Click on option Printer Toolbox. (or click on Print Settings, then Printer Toolbox.)4. Click on Device Services tab at the top.5. Click on the option Clean the printhead (or something similar.)6. Click OK, and continue., then check.- If needed, you can click on the website below for video instructions:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJyXR120A_4; (Note: The video is for a different HP printer model, but the steps are similar.)Thank you.

I have rectified the fault .I checked the rollers for the Paper feed as well and with anew Black ink cartridge I amfairly certain the problem will be solved.
