My steps I gave you lead you to this.On which step did you get stuck? I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you. Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse. ThanksCan you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket). Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly. Let me know the results please

ThanksCan you in windows click the windows start, type in device and click ondevices and printersThen right click on your printer and select remove.Once done, restart the computer, go back to devices & printers and click Add printerAdd the printer again and tell me if you can then print on it please.

after getting to right window and removing printer I restarted computer and went back to devices & printers added printer but says it is not found

It was no good printer was still unconnected although steps followed. You were not able to connect so I had to go elsewhere for this. I did not get the service and will not pay. Cancel my subscription. I will not recommend you to anyone. I rate you as very poor.
