Scanner problem: I have a Canon MP240 printer/scanner. I can print connected to either my desk top or my laptop computer via Canon Solutions. I have used the scanner repeatedly over the past months without trouble using the connections currently in place. When I try to scan I get various error message including unable to communicate with printer check connections (which I have done) Sometimes it starts scanning, but doesn't get beyond 20-30% and then stops followed by message unable to communicate.
