Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you open the printer and check for any paper or foreign objects. Even a very small item can cause this error such as the corner of a page.
If you can, vacuum it out and best, ***** ***** upside down to shake anything out.
