Wi-Fi seems fine, I also have a cable connection

Wes there is no problem with the paper going through the machine.
My problem maybe bringing up the correct buttons at the front of the machine in the correct order

Wes or Joel, I bring up personal stationery select the mode print and i'm told to insert card.. I have no card. but I have prinnted on this machine before.
