My canon mg3550 printer has been working fine but now it

Resolved Question:

my canon mg3550 printer has been working fine but now it will not print anything when I use the internet. e.g bank statements, I am able to print any document that I have crated on the pc. Not sure if I have deactivated something by mistake. I have tried deleting the printer and setting up again but no luck. don't know if you can help, I'm at the stage of buy a new printer . But quit impressed with this one. yours Hazel Dean

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

there is no error message when printing from the net. If I look at the printing status it does not register that I have requested it to print. Its windows 8 but I have downloaded windows 10 when offered as advised . Not sure what a remote support session is as not very good on a computer specially this windows 8 as I'm a dinasour.
