Hi Edward. Welcome to justanswer.

Kodak had not released Windows 10 update yet. And your disc is not working because it does not have the compatible drivers for windows 10.

I am not sure this will work but you can give it a try.

Download this software from this link and install it in your laptop and check if it works or not.
