Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you power it off then open it up and check it for any foreign objects, anything that could have fallen in as well as any pieces of paper.
Even a very small torn piece of paper can cause this issue.
If possible, use a vacuum to clean it out, and the best is if you can turn it upside down and shake it to remove anything fallen inside of it.
Then power it on and tell me if it now works please

Ok, thats a pity as its the internal mainboard that has faulted. This now confirms it
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
