Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

If you remove the cartridges, does the error message change at all?
Can you remove the power to the printer then open it and using a vacuum cleaner, clean out the insides trying to get rid of any foreign objects.
Then wipe it down inside with a damp cloth and wait 10 minutes for it to dry
Then close it back up, connect the power and tell me if it now functions please
It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, we have ruled out all other causes for this
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
