I have a Hewlett Packard Laser Jet 100 color MFP M175nw. It scans and prints. However, it will still scan, but when I want it to print it keeps coming up with:"Black cartridge low." I have replaced the black cartridge with a new one but it still comes up with: "Black cartridge low." what do you think the problem is ?

Hi Henry. Welcome to justanswer.

Remove all the cartridges and then turn off the printer. Then turn on the printer and put the cartridges back. Check now if you still get the error.
