Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried the network / LAN / WLAN / wireless setup / menu on the printer's screen?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Expert:  Viet - Printer Tech replied 1 year ago.

On the printer's screen, you would go use the UP / DOWN buttons to select the WLAN icon / option. Then select the Wireless LAN setup option, then use the Standard setup option, then select / connect to your new BT Homehub modem's wi-fi/wireless network name. Then you can print.

- Please click on the Canon website below for full instructions/ illustrations:

http://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/pixma_printer_wireless_connection_setup/mg5550_printer_wireless_connection_setup/

, there, click on the option Standard Connection Method first, then follow the steps there.

; (At the last step #9, after pressing OK button, then stop, and just print something from the computer, and check.)

Please type at the box below, then click on the Send button below to communicate with me, so I can help further. Thank you,

Solution #1:

- You can also click on the website link below for video instructions:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7ycEp1VESY

, once the printer's screen says "Connected...", then see if you can print from the computer.

- If that does not work, please click on the website below:

http://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/pixma_printer_wireless_connection_setup/mg5550_printer_wireless_connection_setup/

, there, click on the option Standard Connection Method first, then follow the steps there.

; (At the last step #9, after pressing OK button, then stop, and just print something from the computer, and check.)

Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you,
