When you give print command, you will get ADVANCED SETTING. Select the print source as Photo tray

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I don't get Advanced Setting, it goes immediately to A4, And "photo on plain paper"

In the print dialogue, can you find Print source or Media type?

Expert:  nathan_mills replied 10 months ago.

When you go to "Print", then on the lower third dropdown change "Copies And Pages" to "Print Settings", there is a "Media Type" dropdown that appears, which you can change to Glossy or GL.
