if you make a copy directly from the glass, does that print slowly also?
You'll need to let it finish the current job before we can do anything else with it,
once that is done, please test a copy for me, and we'll take it from there.
You can try if you'd like, or let it go if you prefer. Cancelling may not actually stop it, depending on the underlying cause. If you are going to stop it, just press the stop button on the printer itself only once and let it respond on its own (don't try to force anything).

are you using the printer on usb or wifi?
Do you have any other computers/devices you can test printing from?
That does make this more difficult to isolate, as it could be a connection (wifi) issue or a driver issue.
Unplug power to the printer for now, and in the meantime we'll need to delete and reinstall/update the printer drivers.Are you on a pc or mac?
