how do I restore my Epson xp-415to factory setting as the LCD screen is now in Chinese and I don't uderstand how it changed to that and would like it back in English

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

1. Press the Home button on the printer.
2. Then press the Left / Right arrow buttons to scroll across to a picture icon of a spanner / wrench and screwdriver only (that is the Setup option), (not the one with the WiFi / wireless signal next to it.)
3. Press OK button on the spanner / wrench and screwdriver icon.
4. Press the Up / Down arrow buttons to scroll to the 3rd option in the list and press OK. (That is Printer Setup option.)
5. Press the Up / Down arrow buttons to scroll to the 4th option in the new list, and press OK. (That's the Language option; it's also the last option on the list.)
6. Press the Up / Down arrow buttons to scroll until you see the language English.
7. Press OK on English.

8. Press Home button to exit. That should do it.
