We have a workForce WF2650 Some paper was caught in it, we

Resolved Question:

we have a workForce WF2650
Some paper was caught in it, we have taken the paper out but the machine
will not do anything as it still says the paper is paper jam. We have done all
the procedures but nothing changes. What can we do?

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

it has been off like this for days now and comes back on saying the same thing

Can you open the printer and use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum it out internally. This will get anything dislodged that you cannot see (it only takes a very small piece to set off the sensor.

Then close it back up and tell me please if it now clears the error

there is no need for the connection, it is an offer the website does which you can ignore.

Can you remove the ink, power it off, power it on, then put the ink back in and tell me please if that then clears it

It is the internal paper sensor that has faulted, this now confirms it
