The problem you are facing is caused due to two reasons, one due to dirty encoder strip and two severely clogged printhead. As you have already tried to use the automated printhead cleaning feature without any positive result, I will first recommend you to flush the printhead manually, to do that remove the printhead and then, open this LINK and follow the steps to flush the printhead.
If the problem persists then, open the link below and follow the steps to clean the encoder strip. If you still face the same problem then, unfortunately, the printhead is defective and you have to replace the printhead to solve the problem.
