What error do you get when you try and print?

I got an error saying the paper was jammed, but I got this even when I took all the paper out.

Ok so you have removed the paper jam, and confident all paper has been removed from the drum and compartment?

If so switch off the printer for a couple of minutes, plug it back in and then try and print to it again.

Let me know what error shows up again.
