Will not print on instruction from computer. Says there is not printer on network. Have had landline and router problems last two weeks. Now resolved
Assistant: How old is the phone?
Customer: no idea but checked by sky and B.T this week
Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP computer
Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Printer was working perfectly on my old computer could find control panel to solve
Assistant: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?

Ah ok, so this is a new PC and you have not installed the printer in it, right or do you have used this printer with this PC in the past and it suddenly stopped working?

New PC was installed December 2016 together with printer, all was O.K. until recent problem with router. New router was sent did not solve problem. Sky engineer attended. Got it working but line fault was discovered. Open Reach engineer attended Wednesday, all O.K. until I came to print.
