he runs me down, like we went to 1 the other day , my son failed another hearing test and the doctor asked me is there anything else wrong with him said he may av adhd , and my ex was like that isnt relevant , why do u need bring that up, we land up argunin , it has be his way or no ones way , i did stop him goin to the appointments , i didnt tel hi , but the lady at cafass said he has rights , can i take him off the birth cerfcate

If he is causing problems at appointments then you can ask for a Prohibited Steps Order stopping him from attending the appointments because of the problems which he causes.
You cannot take him off the Birth Certificate I am afraid
