My next door neighbour and brother have a short term agreement

Customer Question

My next door neighbour and brother have a short term agreement with a housing association and are now being given until the 4th March, end of lease, to move out. The family have lived in the house for the last 42 years. Previously the agreement was with their father who died 3 years ago before it was passed to their mother who died last September.
Can anything be done so thay can stay in the house. The rent has been paid fully and is not in arrear.
