Hi,
Thank you.
Do you currently own the freehold?
How much is the lease worth?
Kind regards
AJ
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No, Deacon & Co (Brighton) owes the freehold.

They offered a region of £1,500 for me to purchase it.

But I need a solicitor to deal with this.

Hi,
Thank you.
To confirm you own a leasehold property and are purchasing the freehold for £1,500?
Kind regards
AJ
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Yes that is correct.

Hi,
Thank you.
You will need a solicitor but unfortunately we cannot provide legal services.
This should be a very straight forward matter and to simply arrange the transfer I would estimate it costs between £300-£500 plus VAT.
What specifically would you like to know about the process?
Kind regards
AJ
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Oh, I looked into the wrong webpage then. I thought I could get an online solicitor to deal this for me.

Will cancel future payment.

Thankyou for your help.

Hi,
No problem.
Sorry for the mis understanding. This is merely a question and answer service.
Would you like me to refer this to customer service?
Kind regards
AJ
