Ihave a residential property whcih has been rented to a family, they have been served notice and their notice period is nearly at the end, however the company managing our property has informed us today that they have informed them they have no where else to go and are refusing to leave, we have done everything by the book and have explained on numerous times that they must leave by the date of of the notice period
