I purchased a 90 year lease extension some 2 years and 2

Customer Question

I purchased a 90 year lease extension some 2 years and 2 months ago when I bought my flat. I paid my solicitor to register the lease extension with Land Registry on my property title. This has not been done despite monthly chasing.
There is an issue with the lease plan (concerning colouring on part of the pathway outside) which is preventing Land Registry from registering the lease extension.
My solicitor, the freehold company solicitor and previous owner's solicitor can't seem to sort this out. I have paid £18,000 for a lease that I can't register. No-one seems able to sort it out. What should I do next?

Hello. Can you provide details of what, precisely, is wrong with the lease plan?
