Customer Question

Hi,
We have moved into this property in Jan 2012.The windows are not doubleglazed therefore its very difficult to live there. When we moved we got promised that this situatuion will get sorted asap but noting happened (in spite of our pleas to landlady).
Now we have been advised that rent will be increased without any windows getting fixed! We have been told rudely that we can take it or leave it.
Please advise what we can do,thanks
