I have a nonmolespstastion order out against my wife, she is out of the property a for now but is taking me to court to get entry back into the property.
My question is Will I have to let her back in.
Her name isn,t on the tenancy or any other bill at the property.

No children involved the order was made 4th december 2012 lived together for one year until I changed the locks to prevent her from getting back into my council flat
