Hi

Thank you for your question and welcome to Just Answer.

The Company will be governed by the Companies Act 2006. You can download the annual accounts from Companies House however shareholders have no right to see the audited accounts.

Are you a shareholder of the company?

Kind regards

AJ

Hi

Thank you.

Are you also a director of the company?

If not can you check the articles and let me know if you have the right to be appointed?

Why do you want to see the accounts? Have they been mismanaged?

Kind regards

AJ
