Customer Question

we own a virtual freehold on our commercial property so we own the building not the land around us which is a mews .
A developer has bought the freehold to the rest of the buildings in the mews ,so he owns those buildings plus the land.
on our lease it outlines in red our parking spaces ,which we own 4.
my question is ,can the new freeholder dictate where we park ,as he is now saying we don't own them.
Am I missing something ?
Kind Regards
Andy

This is nothing to do with the Council

Does it say that the area in red is included in yr lease (likely) or that you have use of them?

How is the building area edged? Red also?

The exact wording would help. Thanks
