Customer Question

My lessee has tenants who are not adhering to the terms of the lease, i.e., two large dangerous dogs loose in shared garden for one, also running businesses from the property and generally having no thought for other lessees in the building. As resident Superior Landlord can I take action without referring to the lessee concerned? Pam J.

PS Am I able to have a say in the choice of suitable tenants?
