I have been asked to look at this for you.
what would you like to know about it?
Who owns the fence?who put the fence up?
what exactly is it that you are trying to stop them doing?
I appreciate they have no curtains on the kitchen windows. Do you have curtains on your kitchen windows?

What are they threatening?
I need the full background to this problem please
