What is the legal definition of redevelopment? Would the return

Resolved Question:

What is the legal definition of redevelopment? Would the return of cropped agricultural land to managed grassland be included?

wingrovebuyer : Hello. No - this wouldn't require planning permission so wouldn't be considered as "redevelopment". It isnt a change of use, as its all agricultural. Redevelopment is really where land which has already been developed (ie built upon) is further developed for a different use, and / or with a new building. Best, WB
