Can a person renting a property from a landlord park a commercial vehicle in the common parking area when it states in the deeds this is not allowed ?

Hello,

No, the tenant shield not be doing so and the landlord should write a letter to the person pointing out the restriction and asking them to stop parking the vehicle in the communal parking or risk being sued for breach of contract.
