Is there any Insurance from a fraud sale of a title? how worried should a buyer beware of a fraudster of selling a tiltle whilst pretending / faking to be the owner of the title and what are the means to prevent this?

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX looked att his website though i noted it is mainly referring to protecting the lenders money so not sure what about the individual's equity and what if one was to purchase cash only (no mortgage)
