My Lease is valid for another 112 years. The lessor of an adjoining flat wishes to increase her property which will very severley affect my property. She states that she requires the permission of the freeholder and would require to put the scaffolding on my patio for several weeks.
Can the freeholder give her his permission? Does my lease give me full proptection?
