Customer Question

In leased property the person leasing has responsibility for maintaining the inside of their premises including the windows. How is the line between the internal and external defined and if in time with wooden windows who is responsible for replacement if internal or external has not been adequately maintained ?
If windows upgraded to UPVC how should costs be split especially if scaffolding required?

How does the lease define the property please?
