Do you live in a conversation area or next to a highway please?
Then you can put a fence on your land.
It cant be more than 2 meters high
But the posts and panels must be on your land
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
there is a exsisting fence there lwhich is falling down onto myland can I still put my fence up if I leave theres in place
Yes you can, as long as its on your land
You can have a fence, you can have a bush
You can have whatever you want on your land
Does that help?
yes this does so so long as we don't remove there exsiting fence you do not see a problem
Can I clarify anything else?
