Thank you for your question. My name is Jo and I will try to help with this.

What is the wording of the right-of-way noted in the deeds?

Do you accept that it is now more difficult to negotiate?

How wide was it before and how wide is it now?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i can find no specific size on plans we have .It has been moved because of building work and is slightly narrower but as i understand as long as you can get a pram or wheelie bin down there should be no problem it is now approx 900cm wide .does this suffice

Thanks

It is 900 cm wide now, how wide was it before?

Do you accept that it is now more difficult to negotiate?

What is the wording of the right-of-way in the deeds?

Assuming that the court found a problem with this (if it got that far) what would you do?

When was the extension completed and when was the issue of the width of the right-of-way complained of?

How often and what for is the neighbour use this right-of-way?
