There are two thing in the main you would need to do see to evidence the existence of the lease. The first is the lease itself, and the second, is a title number from HM Land Registry. Once you have this, you can do a search and find the lease at the land registry. This will tell you who the owner of the lease is , and whether it is still in force.

That's hard to say, it's a lot like buying normal property, values go up and down, and this is really investment advice and you'd have to see a financial advisor about that really.
ok so if i buy the lease for 99years it would have a resale value up or down so i would be the owner untill resale
