The offshoot of this is you will put your deposit at risk, meaning that if you do not complete you will forfeit the deposit.
In this circumstance if you know you want to complete the purchase and it is not conditional upon anything, why do you not just agree a completion date that is either after 3 November or conditional upon your tenancy ending?
When you say you want to delay the transaction do you mean you want to delay completion or you are not ready yet to fully commit to the purchase?

we want the property 100%. you right to set the date of completion the same as when our tenancy ends. question is does the completion date get set the same time as when exchange happens ?
