Hi sorry I dont know of the tentancy agreements
You need to check.
But usually your housing association property must be your main home, otherwise you would breach the tenancy
This means you can't rent out your private property.
The agreement will say you must have ONE home which must be the Housing Association home
So if you have a private property you will be in breach of the tenancy
But check the wording to make sure, but this is what it normally says
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
