Alex Watts :

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Alex Watts :

For now please let me know if contracts have been exchanged please?

Customer:

yes the contracts have been exchanged

Alex Watts :

And the contracts were vacant possession on completion?

Alex Watts :

When did you complete?

Customer:

Customer:

yes vacant possession

Alex Watts :

Ok - you need to seek an order for possession from the Courts

Alex Watts :

You need to complete form N5

Alex Watts :

http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n005-eng.pdf

Alex Watts :

The court will list the matter for hearing and decide whether to give possession - of course they will

Alex Watts :

Then if she refuses to move you can evict.

Alex Watts :

Once you have done this you can sue the seller for breach of contract.

Alex Watts :

He should have made sure she had left and you can claim back your reasonable costs from him

Alex Watts :

He is in breach of contract

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer:

thank you very much for your help

Customer:

thats fin thnk you

Alex Watts :

Can I help with anything else today?
