row of three cottages i am the middle -i was the the original cottage proir 1919 till later time the one on each end was put up- i do have a garage coming in from the road then the drive continues to the 3 cottages - from that time people have walked down the drive of the main road as access to the 3 cottages passing the first and so on along a footpath no other way in only via steps ajoining the first cottage ..all has been fine till the first cottage sold 2013 to which she has said we cant use the drive as it is going over her land ,,even when everyone has used it till this point -but as we have lived there 30 yrs how do i stand i dont have money solicitor -when the new owner buys can they walk down drive =we have moved and are cottage is up but cant get buyer because they come out and say they cant use it only if they like them ...

Are you certain that you do not have the right contained in your land registry official copies property's title?
If not are you certain thebarea is private land and that the person restricting access actually owns that private land?
