Resolved Question:

Hi, this issue has gone back and forward for some months, and I now need to write a settlement letter to the other party's solicitor. I have drafted such a letter but would like advice on whether my response is appropriate. I would need to send some relevant documentation plus my proposed settlement letter for you to see it all in context - is there an email address I can send those to? Are you able to help soonest - I am hoping to respond to them by the end of today. Many thanks.

Will the attachments then be viewable by the public? They contain confidential information and I don't want to get into trouble!

Many thanks for your help - I have emailed off my letter and have asked for confirmation that, assuming the wording is acceptable to her, the solicitor will require nothing further - if not, I will be back in touch!

Thanks again for a great and speedy service!
