Customer Question

My daughter and I jointly own a small tenanted house. There is a possibility that at some stage she may go bankrupt. Would it be legal for us to take her name off the deeds now and just have it in my name? If not, would the house be sold from under me to get her half?
Many thanks
Yvonne
