I bought my current property in London with my ex boyfriend

Customer Question

i bought my current property in London with my ex boyfriend under tenants-in-common in 2012. For the mortgage reason the property is under both names even though I have paid all the cost for the property. We had a deed with the lawyer that he has 0% interest and i have 100% interest in the property
Now we split. I am about to pay off all the mortgage and change all the names just to myself. My ex boyfriend is also eager to sign off his name on the property. The property value goes up about 40% now.
My question is there any other potential cost might occur when i go to put only my name on the property in future.
thanks
J

No, he did not want to have any profit from the property. We have signed an agreement with the lawyer
