Ok, thanks - this is probably a family law matter and so I will opt out for another lawyer with more expertise in that area to pick it up.

Hi
Thank you for your question
]My name is Clare
I shall do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
How much is the house worth and how much is outstanding on the mortgage?
Is her new partner also living at the house?
How old are the children?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

The house is worth spprox 110,000 there is 55000 left on mortgage, her new partner has his own place, she wants to give me 15000 to take my name off mortgage but says i have to put it in a trust fund for my kids, ive told her to sell it and start afresh as im entitled to 50/50 as we are joint tenants, unmarried, the children are 11 and 5
