My tenants signed their AST on different dates but both dates

Resolved Question:

my tenants signed their AST on different dates but both dates are prior to the start date. Is this an issue? will there be problems if I need to seek possession? or if they need to give notice or use the break clause? thanks

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
No. If the tenancy started on X date but they signed it on different dates beforehand that is ok.
That is because the the tenancy starts on a certain date, so does not matter when each one signs it, as long as it is before the tenancy begins.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
