Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you,
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Alex, You have been helpful recently in helping to answer a question " setting aside a Tomlin Order"-Thank you for that. I Have a few questions on from that, like question asked above. Does that help to clarify?
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
If it is refused you can appeal. But its hard to set aside because you have agreed by consent the terms of the order.

1. Is there limited grounds to appeal on in that event ?
2. "But its hard to set aside because you have agreed by consent the terms of the order". Unless there are breaches then it is possible. I'm I correct in that understanding?
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
1. You can appeal if these has been an error in law, procedure or the decision was unreasonable.
2. Correct.
