Is ground rent fixed amount for the length of the lease or can the landlord/housing association change the amount annually?

Ground rent is fixed as per the terms of the lease - it is normally fixed either every 25 or 33 years (although some lease will be different). Service charges can however change on a yearly basis. I hope this helps. Please rate positive.
